Registration Information
Please Read: Information for Registrants
- You will be responsible for your own breakfast each day. Some of the hotels have free breakfasts.
- Your Faithwalkers Midwest registration does not include housing. You will need to work out rooming arrangements on your own. (You may want to talk with others in your church to see where they are staying.)

Register Online
Online registration will close at 11:59 pm on Saturday, December 21st. You will still be able to register on site at the conference on the 27th if you are unable to register online before this time. You will however, not be eligible for special meals for dietary restrictions.
Cancellation: If you cancel your registration, Faithwalkers Midwest reserves the right to retain funds paid by you to Faithwalkers Midwest if Faithwalkers Midwest is liable for expenses due because of your registration. Refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Faithwalkers Midwest Office with questions. No refunds will be given after December 26th.
Privacy: Faithwalkers will not share your information with any other group.
Payments: For online registration, only Mastercard, VISA and Discovercard cards are accepted.
