Information for Minors

Are you registering a child aged 18 or younger? If so, please read the following:

Rules for Minors (age 18 years old or younger)

1. All minors must be accompanied by their parent/ legal guardian.
2. If a minor will not be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian, the Chaperone Form must be filled out and returned to the Faithwalkers Midwest Office by Dec 15th.

Childcare

No formal childcare will be provided at Faithwalkers. However, there will be a room available for nursing mothers, and another for parents to be with their small children during sessions. Audio and visual feeds will be available in these rooms.
